Terms of service

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is to be sent via PayPal, Chime, CashApp, or Venmo. Ask about other options.
Payment due after the initial sketch is approved. Sketch commissions must be paid upfront.
Ask about payment plans for anything over $100!
Tips are welcome and very appreciated!The artist reserves the right to reject/cancel any commission for any reasons at any time.
Artist retains all rights to the artwork. This includes the right to use/display it on personal websites and galleries, use in advertising, create/display it on streaming websites, and other such things; unless specifically stated otherwise beforehand.
This does NOT include the rights to the characters depicted.For large/fully rendered commissions, clients will usually be provided with a sketch/WIP. This is an opportunity to change/edit the piece.
ONE edit may be made to the piece free of charge. Additional edits may possibly be made with payment of a fee, which will be determined at the time.
All specifications and details should be given during the initial conversation so as to assure there will be no issues.Turnaround time will vary! Complexity of the commission as well as external circumstances will change the turnaround time. This will be discussed between the artist and commissioner.
Please let the artist know if you have any specific deadlines!A commission may be canceled by the client within 48 hours for a full refund (not applicable to sketch commissions).
A commission may be canceled by the artist at any time for a full refund.
Absolutely NO refunds will be given after the piece is completed and the digital files are received by the client.
Tips are non refundable.Once the piece is complete, the commissioner can do whatever they would like with it-- including reposting, reselling, editing, etc. Credit is appreciated, but not necessary.By commissioning the artist, the commissioner accepts all terms of service listed above.
